Inclusive Workplaces Cohort

If selected to participate, you agree and commit to:

  • having two (2) key influencers with decision making authority or access to decision makers participate, with at least one (1) in attendance at all nine 90-minute cohort sessions.
  • knowing and being willing to share demographics, even if unofficial, on your organization’s current diversity makeup. This information will not be shared publicly but will be used by CEI to support your efforts.
  • a sharing of your take-aways at the end of the cohort series in a brief presentation to the WIB and members of the cohort.
  • being named, highlighted and featured as a cohort participant in Ramsey County and Workforce Innovation Board of Ramsey County communications.
  • accepting the cohort internal rules of engagement.  What is said here, stays here. What is learned here, leaves here.
  • providing updated metrics or progress in the growth areas you identified above in order to show impact and allow for programmatic advancements. 
  • sharing your experience with future cohorts.
